Mary has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis in performance management and executive coaching and consulting. She currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Ebenezer, Part of Fair view Health Services. She is recognized for having an intuitive understanding of team cohesion, dynamics and interpersonal relations and incorporates this into her practice.
As an advocate for personal and organizational health, Mary has a commitment to creating work environments that promote effective and meaningful relationships. She uses Conflict Savvy! as a powerful method for teaching groups to create and sustain healthy and highly productive workplaces.
Mary holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, national certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources with SHRM, and has continued post-graduate education in leadership development. She holds certifications from the American Council on Exercise in Group Fitness Instruction and Personal Training.
