Nancy’s areas of expertise include executive coaching and development, team development, conflict management, process improvement and strategic planning. Nancy has held senior level learning and organizational development positions in the healthcare, public relations and retail industries, working for organizations such as Fairview Health Services, Ketchum, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Chicos.
Nancy holds a BA in Nursing from the College of St. Scholastica and an MA in Human Resource Development from the University of St. Thomas. She has authored several articles published in professional journals and is the co-author of the book Quality Management Integration in LTC: Guidelines for Excellence.
